Exterior work depends heavily on the weather, so I mainly take on these jobs during the summer months. I prefer to keep my schedule flexible rather than book too many jobs and then repeatedly rearrange them because of rain.
I can still take on exterior work outside the main summer period when my schedule and weather conditions allow.

10% Discount for Empty Houses
If the whole property is completely empty while I’m working, I normally offer a 10% discount. Empty houses allow me to work faster and organise the job more efficiently, so I pass some of that saving back to you.
Once I start a whole-house repaint, I focus on that property until the agreed work is completed. I don’t want your house sitting half-finished while I disappear to work somewhere else.
Whole-house painting is ideal for homes before moving in, rental properties between tenants, properties being prepared for sale and homes that simply need a complete refresh.

Hallways, stairs and landings are one of those painting jobs not everyone wants to take on, mainly because things can get quite high.
A large part of the work I do, when I’m not painting a whole house, is halls, stairs and landings. Luckily, I’m not afraid of heights and I own some fairly long ladders, so high stairwells don’t bother me.
If you’re happy painting most of your home yourself but don’t feel confident climbing a ladder to reach that awkward section above the stairs, leave the difficult part to me.
I also try to get the work completed as efficiently as possible, so you don’t have ladders and painting equipment blocking the middle of your house for longer than necessary.
Spending a few hundred pounds might save you a few limbs. Not a bad deal, really.
